Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Varyo and sign in.
2. Go to My account (حسابي).
3. Tap Delete account (حذف الحساب).
4. If you use email and password, enter your password. If you signed in with Google, Apple or Facebook, you must have signed in within the last 10 minutes; otherwise sign out and in again.
5. Tap Delete permanently. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Without the app

Email info@softhouseco.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Varyo account deletion request" and your player ID if you know it. We will confirm the request came from you and delete the account.

If you are a child's parent

Accounts of children under 18 are created with a parent's consent and have no email address of their own. To delete your child's account:

1. Open the parent dashboard and enter the email address you gave consent from; we email you a link that opens it.
2. Tap "Revoke consent and delete" next to your child's name.

Or use the "revoke consent" link in the confirmation emails we sent you. Deletion is immediate; we email you to confirm it and then erase your email address from the consent record. If you cannot reach the dashboard, email info@softhouseco.com from the same address.

We also delete a child's account on our own in these cases, and email you when we do:

• When it has not been signed in to or played for 30 days. We email you a reminder 7 days before; if your child signs in or plays meanwhile, the account stays.
• When an account that already existed turns out to belong to someone under 18, and a parent's consent has not arrived within 30 days of our asking.

A consent request nobody answers closes after 30 days, and your email address is erased from it.

What is deleted

• Your email, phone number, password, and Google / Apple / Facebook sign-in links.
• All sessions, verification links, sign-in codes and push notification device registrations.
• Your display name becomes "حساب محذوف" (Deleted account); your player ID, character, bio, country, birth year and parental consents are erased.
• For a child's account: the parent's email address, dashboard links and sign-in codes. The parent is emailed about the deletion before their address is erased; the consent record itself is kept without the email.
• Friends, blocks, room invitations, your notifications, and pending challenge invitations.
• Any stored voice recordings.
• Challenges you created stay available to people who received them, but without your name.

What is kept

• Coin and gem transaction history, purchases (including Google Play data), items owned, and match and race results: kept because they are financial records and other players' results, linked only to an anonymous ID. There is currently no automatic deletion period for these.
• Reports you made or that were made about you, for safety and moderation.
• Comments you wrote on challenges are deleted with the account. Very old comments (from before comments were tied to accounts) are not linked to any account; email us to remove them.
• Server logs may contain your IP address if a rate limit was exceeded.

Coins, gems and purchased items are lost with the account. Deleting the account does not cancel the "No ads" subscription: cancel it first in Google Play or the App Store.
